The bill (Reg. No. 8025), submitted by the Cabinet of
Ministers, sets a single approach towards calculating the cost of works connected
with the compulsory certification of production, and guarantees transparency of
this process. The bill fixes the authorities of the Cabinet of Ministers of
Ukraine in the setting the procedure for calculating the cost of paid services
related to the compulsory certification.
Committee Chairperson N.Korolevska stressed that the bill set a single methodology of calculating the cost of works connected with the compulsory certification of production to correct the differences in the cost of similar works, and support the interests of certification ordering parties.
